Stood in line for 10 minutes to pick up an order placed over the phone. Get to front and am told the only take cash or check (was not told this over the phone). Walk across the street for the BofA atm, come back and there are now six new people in line not social distancing. I get back to the front after another 15 minute wait, and see one of the cooks doesn't have his mask on properly (barely covering his mouth and definitely not his nose). Got home 5 minutes later and the food was already soggy. The spicy salsa was not spicy. Highly disappointed by the over priced food, will NEVER return again.

I looooovvveeeee tacos! And these were so good! The fish nuggets taco is great as are the other meats. And their spicy salsa is actually pretty spicy, which is exciting for masochistic people like me that enjoy some outrageously spicy foods. Definitely going back!

Service and the theme of establishment are incredible but the authenticity of food is not all there. As I dug into the salsa and chips, the salsa was not on point. My first floating thought was how's the food going to taste. My intuition was right this time. Please improve on the food.

Insane chicken mole burrito. I haven't had it in three years and I still think about it. It's really a curse.

This place makes some mean mexican food. Much better than all other options I've tried for the price and the quickness. Essentially the Chipotle killer that I've been longing for for ages. Also sizes are FAT so come hungry and leave filled.

Very nice people, willing to give extra portions. However, they will not substitute items easily. I had asked for rice and beans to be substituted with veggies to no avail.

Great place that’s been here a long time and stayed great. Go for a super carnitas burrito. Salsa used to be better, though, not sure what happened.

Food was great but this location was not well managed, chaos in the line to order, garbage was full.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly but I found out after ordering a burrito with no dairy that the guacamole has sour cream in it. In what traditional guacamole recipe do you ever put milk/dairy in guacamole? Not a vegan friendly place.

Great local taco and burrito spot. The fish tacos and burritos are definitely top notch here. This location also had special items deep in the menu like Mole Fries and the California Burrito (french fries in the burrito!!).

Outstanding ... everything. Great fish tacos, both grilled or fried. Great burritos. Great dinner/enchilada plates. Fantastic salsa ranging from mild/pico to hot and super-hot. Yumm!

The California Burrito is unreal. Nowhere else even comes close.

I used to love this place. Food quality has gone down significantly and the staff (particularly an older, heavy set female and a young man that works the cash register) are INCREDIBLY RUDE. They seem to forget that some Latinas are white-passing and used obscenities and foul language in Spanish right in front of me. In addition they became impatient with me on multiple occasions after messing up my order. DO NOT EAT HERE go to Redwood City for much better Mexican food.

The fish tacos are so delicious and very generous portions. Make sure and ask for grilled fish instead of fried, because fried is their default and they sometime do not ask which you want. There is plenty of seating inside and outside, in the front and back. Enjoy yourself.The salsa bar is very good and fresh.

Favorite fish taco spot in the bay! Grilled fish is the best but the shrimp and fried fish are a bad second.

I recomend the fish taco! It was delicious. The portion for the nachos was huge. Definitely a plate for people. They have a self serv salsa bar too. I loved all the choices.

Friend recommended the place. Be warned that they only accepts cash and check. They have an atm at the store but I don't doubt it charges you. I got the deep fried fish tacos and shrimp tacos. I also got the carnitas in crispy tacos. All good. Guacamole and chips (which are fried fresh).

A friend introduced me to Sancho's a few months ago, and I go there one or twice a month. I've had the fish tacos quite a few times, preferring the cooked over the fried fish. The white fish ceviche is also good, and the taco salad too. I'm looking forward to trying more menu items.

Best fish tacos around. These guys are quick and make some absolutely delicious food. Most of the seating is through the store out back (there's also good parking back there.)

I had the shrimp regular burrito. The shrimp was plump and juicy, but the accompanying rice, beans, and bell peppers felt pretty ordinary. The burrito was screaming for salsa, but was quickly remedied with the delicious verde salsa. Overall, the combination was quite tasty.This Sancho's doesn't quite match up to the Mexican food in SF, or it's original redwood city location, but is a solid local option.

Not bad, the food is good apart from the watery salsa. Plus the guy working on orders I find rather rude. The burritos are good and everything is really fresh.

Incredible food at great prices. My favorite Mexican food in the Bay Area. The only problem with a burrito this good is that I rarely try anything else on the menu. This is by far my favorite of the 4 Sancho's locations.

Was referred to by a friend for close to authentic Mexican taste! It offers a huge variety of dishes. After trying about 6 of them I can safely say they are pretty good at making everything 😁
